I used to come through everyday, but this location consistently DOES NOT add extra espresso when i ask and pay for it. One particular manager “Brittany” would rather argue with customers than to correct the issue when brought to her attention. I also did not get a receipt, and when I called to complain, the GM “Christina” said “We do not hand out receipts unless you ask for it.” Umm what!? Thats just wild.. I wouldn’t hand out receipts to customers that would leave a bad review either..
This place has no customer service and doesn’t even give out the receipt to be able to properly report them, Brittany and Christina both could use new jobs not dealing with the public.
Obviously doesn't believe in customer service here
