The utter incompetence of the the drive thru staff. Had to repeat my order several times and they still got it wrong, and instead if asking me to oukk forward and wait they asked me to park and come inside and re-ordwr. I understand people who work at coffee shops have limited education and Intelligence but taking a coffee order shouldn't require that much brain power. Especially when she wears glasses. You'd think she'd have even a shred of Intelligence 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I didn’t even get a chance to order. The lady at the front register ignored the line. Not sure what she was doing, but it doesn’t take THAT long to get a donut out of the case. Visit was 4/25/25 at 9:30. If a manager reads this please coach your cashier.
