This location is horrible. Every single time I come here, they mess up my order in someway, and I barely even order anything. Today I ordered a medium dark roast with one cream, one sugar and they gave me black coffee, and I wouldn’t be surprised if it was decaf. They’re always rude at the speaker And they’re definitely not friendly and the donuts are made with zero effort. Went to this Tim Hortons location which is 20 min away from were I was at. And once I get to the speaker and asked what I wanted the lady did not even know what was on the menu. I asked for a s’mores Icecap and 2 sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast wraps with chipotle. Well I get to the window and the drink I got was not even a s’mores icecap no toppings on top nothing. This one decent the one on Glendale is soooo much better. My cheese isn’t even melted on my breakfast sandwich lol but thanks could be worst.
This the third time they haven’t got an order right and the cream cheese on the bagel is a joke…
