Refused to refund online order when they didn't have item.
Horrible experience. Rude employees, egg shells in my sandwich, took three attempts to give me the correct donuts. Had to place my order three time because cashier wasn’t paying attention to me.
Public restrooms, fireplace, ample seating --pastries donuts, donut holes, hot chocolate, frozen lemonade, lattes cappuccinos fresh brew coffee. What more could you want 💁♀️

The staff is extremely rude, especially the blonde woman. This is the worst experience that I've ever had at a coffee shop's drive-thru.
