My colleague and I are always greeted with a smile and “Good morning” by Stephanie at THs! She is always prompt, professional, and kind. She remembers our orders and lets us know about the new additions to the menu. This is our every Friday morning stop on our commute!
Absolutely horrible service but good food. Honestly just due to the hassle just go to Dunkin right before it
I had the worst experience at this location. After I placed a mobile order, when I got to the location, they did not have my order prepared as their machine was not working - further more they never cancelled or refunded the amount to me. While such situations arise every now and then at restaurants, what shocked me was the rude behavior of their staff member and the fact that I still havnt recieved a refund for an order that was never delivered to me. We stopped on a whim. We love Tim Hortons! The ladies who helped us were amazing! Very patient because we were completely unprepared with our order. But the best! BEST! Was how they made our daughter's day with a Halloween Bucket! Her smile hasn't stopped. Thank you to this Tim Hortons!
