I’ve been coming here for a while for my morning coffee, but unfortunately my experiences with one female employee I believe her name is Stephanie in the morning hours, have changed my mind about coming back. Whenever I politely make a request, she responds with an attitude and is consistently rude. It’s a simple request, and after several unpleasant interactions, I’ve decided I won’t be returning.

I always order the ice cream from here, and it's always satisfyingly delicious.
This Tim Hortons has excellent customer service. We are always greeted by Stephanie almostevery time we go. The coffee and Matcha drinks are quite delicious for a reasonable price. services also very fast. I highly recommend.
My colleague and I are always greeted with a smile and “Good morning” by Stephanie at THs! She is always prompt, professional, and kind. She remembers our orders and lets us know about the new additions to the menu. This is our every Friday morning stop on our commute!
