On Sun 8/10/25 I ordered from this location online and prepaid with my credit card. I ordered 4 Vanilla Cream donuts. They are chocolate iced donuts with vanilla cream on the inside. When I arrived to pick up the "prepaid" order it was not what I ordered. Since they did not have any of the Vanilla Cream donuts they just took it upon to just themselves to replace them with donuts they had. Unacceptable. Customers are entitled to get what they paid for. I bought a couple bagel sandwiches and the bagels was so stale as was the hashbrowns. I will say that the muffins were very good though.
I wish I could replace my blood with their coffee!
Giving 1 star because the only thing that’s good is brand they try to represent is a decent product. There seems to be 30 different people that work here, but none of them ever seem like thy want to help you. When you do stand there long enough for them to help you they just kind of wander over indifferently. When they start helping they are always confused.
