I order a double cookie ic cap that was like a five doller drink with two crumbs of cookie with just a normal ice cap and my wrap took over 20 minutes to make and there was two other customers i would not recommend if you want the the actual food/drink you payed for
I am still wondering why they don’t have the highest rating. Undoubtedly the best staff i have come across at any Tim locations, and they really know their brew. I ordered both types of chicken bowls and two iced lattes (vanilla and protein sugar free). Not only they are quick during that rush hour, they prepared everything very nicely. Thank you guys, keep up the good work. Just a quick suggestion, please place the self order kiosk away from the entrance. That’s a bit of an inconvenience for people to enter or exit.
I normally don’t leave negative reviews and prefer to support businesses by leaving positive feedback when it’s deserved. However, after multiple disappointing experiences, I feel compelled to share my concern. There have already been complaints about this location, and unfortunately my experience has been consistent with them.
