Hands down, this is the best Tim Hortons in Kingston. Every time I stop by, the coffee actually tastes fresh and the food is spot on—not like it’s been sitting under a heat lamp all day. The staff here are genuinely great, too. It’s easily my new go-to spot; I’d honestly go out of my way to come here over any other location in the city.

I ordered a cookie, a toasted bagel avec CC and lettuce/tomato, and a coffee shortly after they opened on Sunday. I paid with debit. A worker came up to me and told me there was no chocolate chunk cookies. I asked about cinnamon raisin. She said they had no cookies at all. I asked for a refund to my debit card. She rung it up on the till and then opened the till and tried to hand me coins. I reminded her that I paid with debit and she said she can't refund to debit.
