Today I was refused my drink order at the drive thru. For years I have had the same order and always asked for no ice - ice makes latte a bit too cold for sensitive teeth. Today I was I formed I was mistaken, this location never serves cold drinks without ice - I mentioned I had the same order yesterday and have ordered it for years - the server said no I did not have that drink there yesterday I was mistaken as they don’t serve cold drinks with no ice.
