They only seem to prioritize the drive thru. I've waiting 15 to 20 mins for food on several occasions.
I had a disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons location. One of the employees indian girl working the counter with green shirt gave very rude or inappropriate compliments to customers, which made the interaction uncomfortable. I believe customer service should be professional and respectful. I hope management addresses this so that future visits are better for everyone.
Busy and had to wait for 10 to 15mins as they ran out of sausage for breakfast
