On Sunday April 19 2026 DUE to a Power Outage on the West Side of Kemptville. ( my usual)...I Visted this Tim Hortons in the Ryan's Well Plaza ..This Particular Hortons HAS the Most INCOMPETENT TEAM/STAFF ..of ALL that Ive Ever Visted..First Off ..there's ABSOLUTELY NO CORDINATION Whatsoever Beteen the Cashiers and the Staff/Employees preparing ONE'S order..Previously Paid For.. I’ve always been a fan of Tim Hortons, but my iced cappuccino from this location was a huge letdown. It tasted weird and nothing like the usual iced cappuccino I’m used to. The flavor was off, and it felt like it wasn’t mixed properly. Instead of that smooth, refreshing taste, it was more of a strange, unpleasant blend. Needed a coffee for work today, I work next door across the street. My iced Capp didn’t look like the normal coffee creamy colour… got to work and it turned dark, foaming at the top. Tried to drink it but the taste is awful, has a chemical aftertaste very disgusting and disappointing. New guy made my drink so hopefully just a new guy mistake…
