Please reach out to our guest care team generic responses… gotta love it . Just terrible customer service …. Never have menu items. Say that shipping has been an issue but never fix the problem… if this was a properly run business they wouldn’t have problem after problem. Thank god they have all right coffee because that’s the only thing good about this store.
I ordered a Brown Sugar Latte, but the first one had way too much ice. I requested less ice, and the second one was made with a very unpleasant taste and was not like the drink I normally get. I also paid extra for espresso cold foam, but it was not added at all. Very disappointing experience and poor service.

1 star because I come here almost everyday for an iced cap and farmers wrap but I can’t bring myself to do it anymore. 1st problem. I had to start asking for the wrap extra grilled so it does not stick to the paper. & handing the drive thru items out covered in grease or coffee dripping (I can’t tell u how many outfits this has ruined in my mornings and the workers could care less about laziness lol) 2nd problem. 2 years ago I gave up on Tim’s after the West Bank one put the egg of my farmers wrap on the outside of the wrapping. Craving hit and tried this one out, kudos to this location. Wrap was solid, hash brown was crisp and the coffee was made just right. Nuff said!
