Huge disappointment!! The customer service is poor, and there are always massive lineups no matter what time I go. It constantly feels like not enough employees working to handle the number of customers. Waiting for such a long time just for a coffee or snack is frustrating.
The slowest people on earth! OMG!!
Despite not being busy at all, the service was painfully slow. Over 20 minutes to get a bagel and sandwich. Would have been faster to drive to a different location and come back to the airport.
