This was the dirties Tim's I've been to. As a response from the owner's reply: I apologize as I am referring to the location at 2681 Côte Saint-Charles, Saint-Lazare, QC J7T 2H9 and not your location in Kanata. I've posted in the customer care site and thank you for your prompt response.
I got a peach quencher that quenched nothing. No ice. No peachiness.. just colour and lukewarm water. Then basically thrown at you at the window....as though they're in a rush but have kept you waiting 10 minutes for a drink I can make in my sleep. I worked at Tim's - thus my last statement... Either they are understaffed or no one cares about quality anymore.... Save your money guys... If franchising was easy I'd open a chain called "Not Timmies or Not Tim's" and sell the exact same things only better quality. This location... read more
