I’ve had repeated bad experiences at Tim Hortons drive-through, and it’s become very frustrating. Almost every time I visit, something goes wrong with my order. I’ve received the wrong drink multiple times, and once I was even given a messy, dirty cup. Each time this happens, I have to go back through the drive-through, which wastes my time and defeats the purpose of using it. Super bad service and very low efficiency. When I arrived, there were only two people in line, but it still took almost 15 minutes to get my order. When I asked the staff how long it would take, they all seemed to ignore me or couldn’t hear me. Honestly, I have no idea what they were so busy with.
By far my favourite Tims! Friendly staff and quick, fresh food.
