Good except service who just speak over you, "finish" your order before you and the order is often wrong because they don't know how to just listen.

Worst Tim Horton’s in Ottawa! Time after time in the drive thru, I never get what I order. Instead saying they don’t have it, they give you what they have and rush you away. I’ve caught them, by opening the donut box and making them change the donuts before leaving. They got me again this morning - ordered a fruit explosion muffin, they gave me blueberry.
