Every employee working here doesn’t know how to make a simple order. I ordered Chai Tea Latte with Tea Bag which they have in system but they always punch in Chai latte. Same Tea latte ordered 3 different times & they don’t know Latte is with espresso & i am asking Tea latte which comes with no espresso. Anytime i ask to change wrong drink they always shows attitude & confused. Even Supervisor seems like confused what i am ordering. I hade a really good experience the food was delicious and the staff where really friendly definitely recommend.
Paid $6 for a large drink got a medium. Went up the hill to go to the other Tim’s to get my drink right.
