So unbelievably slow. Took them 15 minutes to make one sandwich. Don’t come here if you have somewhere to be soon
Management is non existent
Give these poor staff some more labor hours. Having one person on shift in FOH isnt enough. They're running cash, making food and making drinks. If there's more than 3 people in line ill usually turn away because it can take up to 25 minutes with only the one staff member serving.
Asked for a cold brew. They gave me an ice coffee tried to tell me it was a cold brew wouldn't remake it. No cold foam or toppings and same colour/taste as ice coffee.
