The staff went over and above retrieving a lost receipt for me, spending so much time resolving the issue with little information. They called many times until the job was done. Excellent customer service! Great beverages too!!
It's the modern Tim's. what can you say
I paid almost $4 for a simple bagel with cream cheese (which costs an extra dollar if you don't want a completely plain bagel with nothing on it) and their bagels are always so sad. It looks like one of the workers squished it. It's not even an inch thick. This happened last time I was here and figured maybe they just got a bad batch, but I don't know how this keeps happening.
