Went through drive through, they were pretty quick on moving us through. Got my order right, friendly. Didn't go in!
Food is thrown together like a slop. Kept under heat lamps too long. Customer service is curt. If you order inside, they ignore you and prioritize drive thru. Edit: The copy and paste reply I received below further justifies my review. I’m not the only one with this feedback, as can be seen in reviews. Reporting to corporate won’t lead anywhere.
Honestly this is the worst timmies in prince george the workers are rude and inconsiderate and most times I cant even finish my order before they rush me thought they also get my order wrong numerous times and it seems like they have poor hygiene skill for how much I've been getting sick there I've lived in pg for a while and this is the worst its gotten
My wife and I have been going to this location since it opened. Most times twice a day as we are elderly. We like to support the Hart Highway business. The other day we went and got the wrong order and not the 1st time like many others. I explained at the window that it wasn't what I ordered and the female manager insisted that I had placed that order. Why so they push 15 car orders thru the drive thru before they get 3 orders done that walk in it’s ridiculous that if I do t wanna drive thru with my car I have to wait 3 times as long for the same order drive thru is not the priority and it should never have been
