I believe it’s a franchise cause why they dilute the coffee? The coffee always taste watery. Also the portion of donuts and cookies are smaller. Worst of all, they mess up orders( like not putting syrup i paid for in the coffee) and the coffee always taste different.
We go here regularly and most times it’s good. But I noticed the Sunday staff is reckless. They always mess up my order, I just paid $3+ for a medium cappuccino and when I finally went to drink it, I noticed that it was only 60% full AND I paid for extra vanilla and it had NONE. Annoyed. ALSO, Ordered 2 croissants and a sandwich, and all three in one bag with ONE napkin. Who trained these guys? Monday to Friday staff are good.
Great little location for a Tims gas station location. They recently expanded their menu offerings. I hadn't been in a long time but it was nice to see so many options now, especially lunch!
