I went to the drive through to this location. I asked for the protein Latte, but the lady who was taking order didn’t understand what that is. She even couldn’t pronounce protein. She was asking me what that is and that they don’t sell it. However, it was in their menu. Then I asked her to ask any of her colleagues to make sure as she was clearly unable to understand English and again she couldn’t understand what I was saying.
