The coffee tastes fresh and the donuts/bagels are always soft and good, the staff is very friendly.
I had a very disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons. The employee named Sukhman Kaur was rude while taking my order and gave me the wrong coffee. When I politely told her that this was not what I ordered, she responded rudely and refused to change it. This behavior was unprofessional and not what I expect from Tim Hortons. I hope management looks into this and improves customer service.
Good food, good service. Better than most locations in Durham.
