Richa, if her colleague gave me her right name, amazed me this morning. It was drive through order and when I showed her my phone to scan Tim Rewards, accidentally my phone fell down. She promptly acted and said let me come out and pick your phone. A pretty much excellent example going extra miles. Well done Richa. You are an excellent customer service crew.

The manger and staff here are honestly my favourite- if a mistake is ever made they fix it no problem - the staff that have been working here awhile are wonderful and friendly - some of the newer girls are a little rude but I feel like that’s an issue you can find anywhere. I’ve seen these poor ladies be screamed at by costumers for small inconveniences or misunderstandings , two costumers even had a fist right outside this location and the staff always handle things the best they can.
