I would give this location 0 if I could. Its disgusting both inside and out. Their customer service is shit. I went to the drive thru today, & asked the lady taking the order to change gloves due to allergies. She ignored me, & the manager was extremely rude at the windows & said they're over tired, she didnt bother to accommodate my needs, or apologize on the order takers behalf. Supervisor named Komall is yelling at both customers and staff members, her behavior is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I’m disgusted by how she treats people and don’t wish to order at this location anymore.

I placed my order this morning I only asked the lady to change her gloves before she make the wraps she started yelling Beijing disrespectful I asked her manager the manager came she was even more rude and not helpful If u guys can’t run the original Tim hortons business please don’t ruin this name and reputation
