Went through the driveway passing through on a long drive. Got a large chai tea latte, a large regular coffee, and an iced chai latte, along with some timbits. My chai tea latte was just an old bitter coffee with steamed milk my husbands regular coffee had no sugar and was very bitter and old tasting. The other 2 items was decent enough. I called and the man on the phone said to come back and get a free one which is nice but we love an hour away so that doesn’t help. The drive thru lady, Sam was amazing! Made sure my coffee was right, she was super friendly and efficient. Fantastic service from her.
