Customer service very bad 👎 😑 no smile
I received the excellent service and the coffee is great, especially the americano. I loved it! I really appreciate the staff.. it is really tough to manage during rush hours, all the staff do their best to provide service as quickly and efficiently possible.
The staff are friendly, fast, and efficient, even during busy hours. The environment is relaxed and welcoming — perfect for catching up with friends, studying, or a casual bite.
Worst Tim Hortons. They straight refused to serve whip cream for my autistic daughter and floor person Shalini was rude and mentioned some unknown rules that they can’t serve whip cream separately. When I asked her for Manager she refused. Stay away from this Tim Hirtons. They have very rude untrained international student who can’t be polite.
Ordered a protien latte, checked a couple mins later, recieved an iced latte with no sugar ( -_- )
