If you don't have regular green tea, at least inform customers upfront. There's a huge difference between tropical green tea and regular green tea, and instead of being told upfront that they didn't have it, I was led through the process of ordering and paying, and when I pointed out that what I received wasn't green tea, the response was simply, "We don't have it," with no offer of a replacement or solution, This could have been easily avoided with better communication. Please improve how you handle unavailable menu items.
