we order classic lemonade and they don’t have a classic lemonade , but they didn’t tell us and they are so rude her name is minal Every time she is very rude she don’t know how to behave with customers.
The old lady at the counter who takes the orders doesnt even know how to take orders with respect and a smile on her face. She is so egoistic and disrespectful that she never greets and treats in the way we recieve customer service at other tim hortons. So upset with that.
I’m very disappointed with my experience at Tim Hortons on campus. The old lady at the counter was rude and aggressive when I simply asked about croissants! Her tone and attitude were completely unacceptable, as if I was bothering her! I ended up leaving without buying anything because of how I was treated. This is far from professional customer service ,I will not be coming back!
