Terrible customer service terrible location they had barely any stock of food out employee came off as rude looked like rolled his eyes complete waste of time I don’t recommend this location
Don't know what happened but this location has gotten worse in the last couple of weeks. They prioritize the drive thru, even if there is a full line of customers out the door they will have 1 person on the register. Recently even the drive thru has been excruciatingly slow, I've sat there for 10 minutes waiting for anything to move.
This place sucks so much it is a accomplishment. Mobile ordering here is terrible all times of day; they've screwed a early morning double toasted extra butter sesame bagel order so often in the last 2 weeks that they either cannot read the order or choose not. Like today, ordered the same thing I always do they didn't double toast The Bagel it was barely toasted and the bagel was cold. Terrible service. First they give me wrong order then kept me waiting and serving others orders. The supervisor has time to talk with his friends but not for customers.
