Under staffed...slow service
I had a really bad experience at this location, which is disappointing because it’s usually my favorite one. I gave my order at the drive-thru speaker, and the person even confirmed it with me. But when I got to the window, the lady asked me for my order again. She was talking very fast, so I couldn’t hear her clearly. When I said, “Sorry, can you repeat that?”, she rolled her eyes and asked again in a rude way. This kind of attitude is not okay.
