The dude that works on friday at around 4pm he dyed his hair. He constantly misheard orders and the coffee he makes tastes awful. Its just making ice caps from a machine. It doesn't look like ice cap at all. 0/10 experience. Additionally, sticky cup. It took him 2 SECONDS TO MAKE 2 ICE CAPPS. WITH ZERO CARE AND EFFORT. ITS THE SECOND TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED. GUYS FR GO TO THE ONE IN MARKETPLACE. ITS ONLY 5 MINS AWAY.
I felt completely harassed today, making my order today from this same individual who purposefully tries to make my order wrong every time :( , I say can I get two large iced cappuccino’s and he says yes you want too hot Cappuccino’s and laughs at me in my face and mocks my facial expressions. I have debilitating dissabilities and this man laughs at me like im worthless and a joke. Thankfully a woman ended up finishing my order and she was nice but this rude individual before made the ice capp’s today and theh taste strange.... read more
