I went to this Tim Hortons today and ordered a Turkey Bacon Club, but I didn’t really like the taste. While I was waiting, one of the staff noticed me right away and pointed out that I had been waiting, asking if I needed anything. I really appreciated the attention. The supervisor also came over, apologized a few times for the issue, and quickly made me a new sandwich. They even said they could make another one if I still wasn’t happy. The worst tim horton. Staff is very rude even Manager is so rude and arrogant. Front staff never attend customer properly not complete orders properly. Whenever I visit there I have to wait for so long for my food and drinks and no one cares. One day I went in evening with my friend first we wait to place our order and then they served us with wrong drink. The supervisor was so arrogant and rude
