I recently went through the drive-through to order a blackberry yuzu quencher. At other locations, when ordering the drink I received it with frozen lemonade. When my drink approached the window, I asked the lady nicely, if it comes with frozen lemonade as I could have mistaken a different drink and just wanted some clarification. If you want garbage food and garbage service come to this Tim Hortons they rush you out of the drive-through they mess up your order and then when you go back, They all of a sudden ran out of items Worst Tim Hortons in all of Ottawa Non-trained staff for customer service. Whoever is managing this, Tim Hortons Needs to get fired garbage staff!!!!
As mentioned by many people this is not a regular Tim Hortons. It is simple coffee which placed at the back of the gas station. There is nothing other than these few coffee jugs. This should be marked as a different sort of Tim Hortons.
