Had to wait in line 15 mins to order. Meanwhile there were 7 people behind counter not doing much of anything.Line-up was building behind us and only one person on cash....taking orders and making coffee.Absolutely poor management. Lock on ladies door has been broken since last time we were there about a week before.(Still terrible service and staff are rude since last visit and review. )Never smile or greet in friendly manner. One of the worst!!!
They were really busy but the gentleman was sure to have a doggy timbit for Lucy. I enjoyed my iced coffee made with milk and extra sugar cane. Lucy and I say, thank you Your hard work and dedication didn’t go unnoticed. It’s not an easy job. Know you’re appreciated
This is the 20th time that I’ve went to this Tim’s for 9am breakfast and you NEVER have cinnamon raisin bagels. What is going on.
