I visited the drive-thru yesterday, August 11, 2025, around 1:45 PM. The employee working there did not communicate properly with customers. I ordered a BBQ Chicken Bowl but received a wrap instead. When we went inside to have it changed, the kitchen confirmed that the order was indeed supposed to be a bowl. The same employee from the drive-thru carelessly threw the paper bag with the food into the kitchen. A moment later, he informed us that they didn’t have rice, so they couldn’t serve us the bowl.
