I visit Tim Hortons regularly, and overall, the customer service is usually friendly and efficient. Most of the staff are polite, welcoming, and quick to get my order right, even during busy morning rushes. The team always works hard to keep the line moving and make sure customers get their food and drinks as fast as possible.
