Cant do a mobile order because the staff don't actually change the menu to reflect what is being served in store i ordered 3 chili's and when my husband went in they tried to serve him 3 chicken noodle soups which in replacement when told this isn't what was ordered the girl who was serving him gave attitude and proceeded to have an attitude when he asked the order to be filled as the orders differs in price from chili and chicken noodle soup
This is the worst tim hortons I have ever had. They always get my order wrong. I specifically paid for extra cream cheese on door dash and got a bagel nearly without any. See photo below.
