The manager Ra'fat is a gift from God. I stopped buying Tim Hortons for many months because a cook at another location contaminated my wrap. I decided to give Tim Hortons another chance, walked into this location and Ra'fat taught me how to ask for my wrap to be prepared without cross contamination with other oils. I'm so grateful. I'm back to buying Tim Hortons for myself and family. She deserves a raise, I spend thousands each year, and she gained me back as a customer.

I reported by phone and email to the head office and copy it here too; I am writing to report an unpleasant and disrespectful experience I had at one of your locations. I politely asked an employee named (Daniel) not to write anything on my coffee cup because I am sensitive to writing or marks on the lid. After I explained this, he intentionally wrote on it anyway and even mocked me when I mentioned my sensitivity. Because of this, I had to speak with the manager.
