The manager Ryan/Brian is very rude. How is this person a manager, very unprofessional.
I had a really disappointing experience here. I ordered a chicken wrap and waited over 20 minutes, only for the staff to realize they forgot about my order after I had to remind them. Even after that, it took another 5 minutes, meaning I didn’t get my wrap until about 30 minutes later. On top of that, my friend asked for potato wedges and was told they were out for the day. However, customers who ordered after us were still receiving potato wedges, which was frustrating and honestly felt misleading. It’s really disappointing... read more
So I hesitate to leave negative thoughts or reviews public....but can't hold this one back. I ask for simple things like please add Ketchup and Mayo(now a .50 charge for some Mayo) and please cut the bagel in half. I think they have taken the sharp knives out of the building, as they have failed to cut my bagel or bagel belt for over 2 months. When did they stop doing this automatically? Either way this location is lucky it's at the entrance to an industrial area otherwise I am sure people would move on ro some other locatio... read more
