What a total shit show! Happened multiple times to me now, i did mobile order and went to pick up my ciffee. Took 20mins for them to make it on top of the 10 mins heads up from the mobile order!
Great service. Friendly with a smile .Everything was perfect the food ,coffee and very clean .

ridiculous customer service I never seen any Tim Hortons like this, Their employees are so rude and unprofessional. I have really bad experience in this morning.
I could hear them discussing and debating a customers concern right infront of them instead of fixing their mistake.. completely unprofessional
