I had a disappointing experience at Tim Hortons today. I ordered a small French Vanilla, but before even getting to the next window, I politely asked if I could change it to a tangerine sparkling water instead. The staff immediately responded rudely and started raising their voices, saying I couldn’t change the order because the drink was already made. I ate here apr 29 2026 at 1pm and I got food poisoning and I got really sick threw up and still having diarrhea issues after I had the chicken wrap i never eat here again
Not the customers job to teach your staff English
I have never been so upset at a Tim Hortons. The lady who took my order was extremely rude claiming I took too long to order at the window and that she wouldn’t add the additional donut to my request. She was very rude and confrontational and literally piled the cold donuts on one another and just laid them in the bag. I will not ever be coming to this Tim Horton’s again and they need to check their staff because that’s completely inappropriate. I wish I got her name but this was around 4:55 to 5pm today.
