The girl at the counter looked at me while I was standing right in front of the counter, but never acknowledged me at all, then proceeded to serve a customer that she watched walk in. After she finished serving that person, I questioned her and asked why she didn't ask if I needed help before serving someone else, and I kid you not, her answer was "you can't stand in front of the counter, you need to be standing in front of the register" are you kidding me? Great staff , very helpful and respectfull. Thinking to add their drive thru coffee in my daily morning routine instead of starbucks.
