I usually visit this place, mostly to pick up coffee. I often come here mostly and my 20+colleagues, We come almost six days a week without fail. However, today at 3:20 PM, there was a female employee in a green T shirt who was handling baked items. Because of her behaviour, we have decided to stop having coffee here starting today. She was extremely rude and completely lacked basic manners. We only asked for food twice, and the first time we didn’t understand, what she say..! Very Disappointing Experience Absolutely one of the worst Tim Hortons experiences I’ve had. The service was extremely slow and poorly handled, and the drive-thru was just as bad. Staff seemed unorganized, and there was very little attention to customers or getting orders right. I understand that places can get busy, but this level of service is unacceptable. Hopefully management takes the feedback seriously and works on improving both the customer service and drive-thru experience.
We ordered a Vanilla Iced Latte through drive through and honestly I haven’t tried this worst iced latte ever. The lady at the window was even very rude. Thumbs down to costumer service and quality of drink.
