Absolutely disgraceful service. I ordered a coffee and 6 of the new Harry Potter donuts through Uber Eats, and all I received was the coffee. Not a single donut - over $15 lost for items that simply never showed up. This isn't a one-time mistake either; every single order I've placed from this location has arrived incomplete, with items missing that I paid full price for. Great, convenient location for a quick stop! The staff were friendly. My order was accurate, and the Roasted Hazelnut Cold Brew and grilled cheese melt were fresh and hot. Always a reliable spot for morning coffee or a quick bite!
