This is a small kiosk (takeway only) located inside metro supermarket. Though it's the most convenient location for me, it's not my preferred location. The service is VERY SLOW on a regular basis. For example, I ordered on the app this morning. The app said my order would be ready at 9:38AM. I stood there waiting until 8:47AM. Not one staff member apologized or acknowledged it. Customer service is horrible
I usually stop at this Tim Hortons, and I believe the manager’s name is Helena. Each time I visit, I ask politely for a little less cream in my iced capp because they’ve been made very creamy lately. This time, when I made my request, she smirked at me in a way that felt dismissive. I asked why she was speaking to me like that, but she just smiled with attitude and walked away, leaving another employee to take my order.
