The staff all here are actually such wonderful people, my favourites are Jody and Anna. Both very hard working and loving people. We need more people like this.
I always go to this location since I live just around the corner. Service is sometimes is so disappointing in this location especially today with the employee named JODY. She was not friendly at all and not even saying anything even when she was in cash. I was watching her all throughout. Unfortunately, she was the one who made my coffee (and 1 large coffee was just my order for today and it took me 10 minutes!). I asked for a “skirt” but she just laughed and told me it’s “sleeve”.
