I’ve got to say I really like this location, it is always very busy so it’s not the most convenient for the drive thru. However I have noticed that this location has a very diverse set of staff and they are all very good at their jobs as well as courteous. I wanna say I hope that this Tims can be an example for other locations particularly in the city of how a successful location should look and operate!

The night-shift staff member at this Tim Hortons really needs better training on taking orders. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time—last night was the third time my drink was made incorrectly. I specifically ordered a Hazelnut Cold Brew, but once again, I was given a Vanilla Iced Coffee. When I pointed out that it wasn’t what I ordered, I was told to “taste it and I’ll like it.” That’s not how ordering works. The service at this location is horrendous! My coworkers and I use mobile order for pick up. With 10+ staff members any given day of the week, our orders are never ready for pick up and always incorrect. As a group we are always missing several items or they are made incorrectly. Training is needed for their staff as most seem like they are lost, wandering from station to station.

Really bad service. Put my order for delivery from this location. Taking almost 2 hours just to prepare my order. Employees told my courtiers that order was cancelled. I never cancelled the order. Took 3 drivers for them to finally prepare my order After almost 2 hours I finally got my order. Courrier told me that the employees said the order got cancelled. 5 times they kept telling him. Such bad service. Also sending me wrong items from my order. This location is bad. Has employees that do not know what they are doing
