Drive thru is a joke , you need to place an order and go inside to pickup

I went through the drive thru and was the only customer there. They took my order and when I pulled up to the window to pay, they asked me to go back around the drive thru. I didn't question it and started to go back around when a homeless man approached me at the end of the drive thru asking for change. I said I didn't have and drove off.
