They try their best and service is USUALLY good. Honestly, I feel like most of the time service slows down because of a extra picky Karen or some dude with nothing better to do but harass workers but mistakes do happen. Y'all in their shoes of working fast food or retail know what I'm talking about. Huge shout out to Noreen!!
