My visit to this location is between 9-10 pm on weekdays.I have been going here for a while now, last Wednesday May 08, 2026 around 9:20pm I waited almost 8 minutes for one bagel and coffee. Staff chatting and laughing too much, do that when no one is there.I was the only one in line for the entire time, I watch one of the staff take 4 minutes and 45 seconds to toast and butter one bagel. Just had a guy who went drive thru to buy me Chicken wrap and a coke and Rey guy in drive thru told him they don't have sandwiches and stuff and coca cola. So he bought something else 6 donuts and a French vanilla. I asked inside Rey like what happened he said the kitchen is closed at 10 and I said the food is advertised for sale so I'd like that order that he wasn't able to buy for me he refused I then asked if the fridge is closed at 10 too which he didn't answer and he was like saying should I repeat myself and like I am ... read more
Very slow to process orders very bad management. Needs new manager to learn to process and greet customers faster
