This morning, I visited this Tim Hortons and unfortunately had another disappointing experience. The store was clearly understaffed, and I waited about 15 minutes for a mobile order. This doesn’t seem like a one-off issue—I’ve had similar delays multiple times over the past week. One of the employees behind the counter even mentioned that management hasn’t been scheduling enough staff. He seemed understandably frustrated but was still doing his best under the circumstances. The people were nice but I waited in line for over 10 minutes just to get a coffee. It's not like it was lunch/dinner time or anything so I was surprised that there was such slow service inside when they have so much dine-in seating. There were only 2 people that weren't working the drive-thru and I think one was a trainee. Again they were very nice and I don't blame them at all.
