This was honestly one of my worst experiences at Tim Hortons. I cannot eat egg due to my religious beliefs, so I specifically ordered a croissant with butter only and a hash brown. When I received my order, the food had what appeared to be egg white throughout it. I immediately brought it to the manager, Ella, and explained the situation. waited over 10 min in the drive thru when it was close to 11pm?? it was a record lol
Always late have to wait 10/15 minutes to grab a coffee. I am the regular customer in the morning around 5:20
At 5:30 a.m., I lined up to order six donuts via mobile and pick them up at a drive-thru. I waited 22 minutes without even knowing why until I got it. It’s not even making donuts, just putting them in boxes, so I still can’t understand why 22 minutes is needed.
