Every person that works here in the morning s that I’ve encountered throughout my weeks is horrible to deal with. I had a very frustrating experience at this Tim Hortons. I asked to scan my QR code to collect rewards points, and the staff said “okay.” But when I went to pay, they charged me full price—over $3 for just a wrap. When I asked why, they told me I still had to pay, even though I had just scanned my rewards. It was clear they didn’t understand how the rewards system works.
