Had a great experience at Tim Hortons today! The food was fresh and delicious, and the customer service was absolutely top notch. The girl who served us, I think her name was Avneet or Amneet, had the best smile and was so kind and welcoming. She made our visit even better with her positive attitude and great service. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had here!

This is the worst Tim Hortons in Toronto. Do not go here. The people that work here are rude. Specially the girl named Emmy. I asked for a manager and she said there was no manager on duty. That is wrong. I needed to talk to a supervisor I’ll be calling head Office.

By far some of the most incompetent customer service I’ve dealt with. I couldn’t have been clearer with my order, yet certain employees still managed to screw it up like listening is somehow optional. Then instead of admitting the mistake and fixing it, they give attitude, argue back, and look at ME like I’m the idiot. That’s the part that’s actually unbelievable. I wasn’t impressed with my experience. There were three workers who saw me, but none of them acknowledged or served me, even though it wasn’t busy at all. It wasn’t until another customer walked in that someone finally asked, ‘What can I get for you?’ Very disappointing service.
