Very welcoming
Extremely slow and staff rather gossip and stand around instead of making drinks. It shouldn’t take more than 10 minutes to make an iced coffee. The location across the street is more efficient.
For starters, I go to the school near this tims. I've been going to this tims since 2 years ago. Everytime I order they'd either get it 50/50% wrong. It annoys me so much. As proof, I just ordered a Caramel Churro Ice Cap that worth $5.30 (inc taxes). I've been waiting for 10 mins mind you I live 40 min away so I was rushing. Worst location ever. Never ready anything in the early morning, you have to wait for 10+ mins for everything. Accepting money but then saying that you have to wait for a long time. The other location across the street is 100x times better. Making a coffee took more than 5min, when there were only a few people.
