Slow and unorganized, people are lovely .. very nice people !
I parked here last Friday for one hour and returned to find a boot on my car. The men working for the towing company demanded $285 in cash or e-transfer or threatened to tow my car and charge me $1,000, which is outrageous. As a young female student new to the city, this situation was overwhelming and frightening. I had no idea parking here would result in being forced to pay such unreasonable fees, and I had to scramble to get the money while negotiating for more time so my car wouldn’t be towed. I had an excellent experience. The staff were friendly and attentive, the food was consistently fresh, and the atmosphere had a welcoming vibe. Everything went smoothly, and the service was both efficient and helpful. I was particularly impressed with the employees’ patience and willingness to assist. It’s clear they care about their work and their customers, which made the entire experience outstanding
