Terrible experience. Food took long as was cold. Super dirty inside washroom was a mess. Rude lady’s at the front
Rude staff, out of items I paid for and refused a refund out alternative.
Latte.. no espresso.. just hot milk. Returned and asked them to remake it. The second staff member did the exact same thing.. horrible training by the management team here.
This store is ridiculous. A whole lineup of people and 1 person on cash. Even the drive thru is painfully slow. Many of the staff are rude and ignorant. Definitely a waste of time to come here.
