Rude drive through staff

Had a very bad experience this morning with a very tall lady who came to work embittered and very antagonistic. Such people should never be at the front service at all.
The elderly lady at the front cashier was very rude and unprofessional. Her attitude toward customers was unpleasant and made for a disappointing experience.
