Many things are wrong with this location… starting with the drive thru. Good luck even getting in line because the design makes you line up onto the road and hold up traffic. If you go inside to order since it’s hard to get a spot at drive thru they are so incredibly SLOW be prepared to wait 15 minutes from the time you line up to the time you get your order. HI, I am sorry to write about my yesterday visit that was very disappointed as I felt very insulting. Daily I go there and present my survey voucher and get coffee, Yesterday at 8:30 Pm I did same but the lady (Jennie) on window refused to give and said every time I can not get survey voucher which is not true, I left and went to Tenth Line store and get voucher and Coffee, She was very rude and told her name is Jennie and write whatever I want. Fist time it happened since 2000 when I became regular customer .
